Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

invaluable tool for both unattended and ah-hoc remote access to our customers' systems.

Pros

  • Remote support with option to connect to users desktop or via RDP
  • Ability to set up secure unattended access on remote pc or server
  • File transfer nice and easy

Cons

  • Only thing that would really help is the ability to remember connection details for each RDP session rather than just the last one.
  • This is one of the best tools we have purchased and is vital to our business.
  • Price & value of ISL Light is more favourable than other comparable products
Simple to access and use either via website or client app
Functionality is similar but that where it end for us.
If you prefer value for money, no surprising price increases (or any increase!), instant support from UK based team who can resolve any product related query then I think ISL Light is product for you.
