Pros

  • Customer Service- You know the people who assist you. No more on hold for an hour only to find the person on the other end is not knowledgeable. You have a team.
  • People Analytics platform is robust and customizable.
  • Performance Management was easy to use and customize.

Cons

  • The only improvement would be reporting within the HRIS. Sometimes it's hard to get exactly what you need from canned reports.
  • Performance Management- Streamlined the process, reduced labor hours to complete, provided data to build on year over year. No paper forms!
  • Benefits Management- Easy to use and maintain, no paper forms!
  • Employee Self-Service- Gives the employee the ability to access their information, paystubs, benefits enrollment, mobile app makes it easier for our remote teams.
When I arrived at [...], isolved was already in place. After auditing the system, I had questions about workflow and certain modules in place. Our designated representative worked with me several times per week for almost 3 months to review the system and more importantly, optimize the modules we invested in. The customer service from isolved is great!
Electronic Onboarding/Offer letters, etc. streamlines the process and we are able to process a new hire efficiently and more quickly. Benefits enrollment is less time consuming as isolved is a one-stop shop for administrators and employees. There is one place the team logs in for just about everything. Reducing the number of vendors, reduces cost.
isolved stands up to the systems I have used in the past. It's easier to use in my opinion.

isolved overall is user friendly. I had zero instruction/training and just jumped into the system when I was hired.
isolved is user friendly from an employee standpoint as well.
Improvements could be carrier file creation for benefits taking entirely too long. It's a process, understandably, however, it has taken several months to complete the last carrier file. In isolved defense, sometimes the vendor on the other side is the obstacle.
