Overall Satisfaction with isolved

Our organization uses isolved as our primary tool, as we provide third party Payroll services to temp agencies across the country. We have client businesses that range from 50 employees into the thousands, and isolved is able to fit to each of their needs like a glove. Many clients have unique requirements due to their location or industry, and we are able to use the versatile and robust toolset of isolved to provide for all their needs.

Pros

  • Accurate payroll deductions and memos
  • Accurate benefit records
  • Smooth and automatic ACA reporting
  • Employee demographic and dependents updates

Cons

  • Benefits New Hire Probation periods are limited to one option per plan, resulting in duplicate plans to account for different NHPP.
  • Some report types are a bit limiting
  • Eligibility Rules can't be copied
  • Saves time by automating various workflows
  • Eases training by providing excellent learning courses
  • Lessens costs as it is easier to accomplish more with fewer employees
So much time is saved by all the pay item calculations that isolved does on the back end. The reporting software, including report writer, is also quite robust and saves a great deal of time that would otherwise be spent sifting through employment data. ACA reporting can be very convoluted without isolved, but with isolved it is an absolute breeze!

A company who wants to track their employee's ACA eligibility and compliance will be very happy with isolved's functionality, regardless of how many employees they have, saving the administrators a lot of time. A company with complex benefit eligibility and rules will usually be quite pleased with the variety of benefits isolved is capable of handling.
