Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
My organization is currently in the warm-up phase of using Iterable. Once fully warmed- up, we will be using Iterable for our Email and SMS campaigns. Our goal is to eventually utilize all of Iterable's other functions (mobile push, push in-app messaging, etc.).

- Interface navigation- the campaign builder can be difficult to navigate at times
- Media catalog- In my experience, you cannot access the media catalog for images without going into the campaign builder. Once an image is added to the media catalog, you cannot move it into and out of different folders
- Our implementation has taken a lot longer than originally anticipated. Part of the reason was our previous implementation specialist had us warming up too fast and we were flagged by major ESPs like Google and Outlook. Iterable changed our implementation specialist and they were able to help us get back on track with warmup. This caused us to have to push back our full-launch by several months.
We are currently building out all of our automated journeys. Iterable's catalog capabilities have allowed us to start building out highly personalized email journeys based on a customer's lifetime journey with our organization and how they used the financial options we provide.
My organization has used other email platforms in the past. Even during warmup and not being fully launched, we are able to contact customers in more ways than any of the other platforms allowed us to. We have been able to launch campaigns during warmup that have helped with customer retention.
Iterable has more list management, segmenting, automation, and campaign building capabilities than the other 3 products we evaluated. Iterable makes it very easy to build emails that are mobile optimized.
