Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable for email marketing across multiple product lines. We work in Iterable to ultimately educate platform users, retain members, find new revenue, and winback customers. We use all email features of the platform such as email development tools, audience segmentation, journeys, blast campaigns, AI suite, and reporting. The broader company also understands just how valuable Iterable is.

Our team only uses Iterable for email right now (although we have a strong desire to expand to more channels) but even with only email, we do not require any broader teams to assist our efforts. We are operable on our own and require little outside influence in order to execute campaigns the way that we wish.
We currently use Segment and Iterable in order to pass data and execute personalized campaigns. With the real-time data sources, we can act quickly and efficiently in order to get messages out at the best time for users. We use this data to identify which product experience they are in, where they are at in the marketing funnel, and to personalize campaigns and ultimately build trust.
