Overall Satisfaction with Iterable

We use Iterable for email, in-app and for coaches and athletes for B2B2C communication, marketing and onboarding. We use it across multiple brands.

Pros

  • Audience segmentation
  • Content building and customization
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Customer support knowledge
  • Media organization
  • Data review and analytics
  • Upsell
  • B2B conversions
  • trial engagement
It has helped greatly, though there is significant investment from engineers to get started. The ability to segment and test is very powerful.
We are able to execute on plans without direct involvement from the data team, which is great.
We are still evaluating but the cost of switching has been the primary reason. In the past, other platforms have not had multi-channel messaging but that is no longer the case.

Do you think Iterable delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Iterable's feature set?

Yes

Did Iterable live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Iterable go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Iterable again?

Yes

It is a great tool for multi-channel marketing, if you are communicating across channels with in-app, push and email. Audience segmentation is powerful and customizable based on your data. There is room for improvement in the customer service department, and the knowledge of initial rounds of support.
