Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
GoToConnect is being used across my entire organization. We implemented GoToConnect to completely replace a traditional PBX.

- Call recording: you have to setup an Amazon S3 bucket and Amazon was terrible to work with to get this setup. There is no interface to retrieve recorded calls, so you have to dig through several layers of recordings to get to the call you want.
- They were just sold, so not sure if anything will change because of the purchase by LogMeIn.
- Very quick ROI, GoToConnect is the same cost as my maintenance contract for my on-premise PBX so it was an immediate savings because I do not have to have my own internal IT manager/monitor. With my PBX and I was getting into an area where the hardware needed upgrading, so I saw immediate savings. In addition, since I can use a regular internet pipe to connect to GoToConnect, I was able to terminate my agreement with Birch telecom, who not only provide terrible telecom services, but their outage and customer service is horrendous.
- GoToConnect allowed me to be able to get local DIDs for my customers, which I could not do with my previous providers, so this was a boost for my relationship with my clients.
- We are able to make better decisions, faster when onboarding our new clients, so we save by not having to order services we do not need. We are also able to respond to a client need immediately instead of weeks and months that are taken with Birch and Shoretel.

GoToConnect allowed me to not have to be on a long term contract while not sacrificing features or functions. It is a very robust and flexible product that is very price competitive and provides excellent service at these competitive rates, which is rare today.
