Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Our company uses GoToConnect across all departments: office, production, marketing, etc. GoToConnect has given us the ability to communicate with our customers and each other efficiently.
- Individualization of each phone unit: we are able to customize rings, call groups, etc.
- Schedule ability: when phones are sent to voicemail or the after-hours call center it is very easy to utilize.
- Call transfer and other basic phone functions are extremely simple and easy to use.
- There is some difficulty with implementing different lines so that more than one call can be fielded at a time.
- The web interface feels a bit convoluted and repetitive. It is sometimes hard to identify which section of the site you're looking for.
- It has become more difficult to collect and review recorded calls.
Basic phone functions are easy and the web interface allows for excellent control of each unit from one place.
