Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GoToConnect for our entire phone system. It allows for us to have a full service phone system (voicemail, fax, extensions, off hours call handling etc.) without the overhead of an IT department.

Very easy to use with lots of features not found with the competition.

Support Rating

Any time I have had an issue they have been quick and friendly getting things resolved. Even when I was the one who created the problem, yes, you can delete yourself even as the only admin.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for small business and new startups. Especially if everyone is not under the same roof.
