Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

GoToConnect is great. We have about 30 users who take and make calls all day long. There is almost never an issue with it, and when there is it is solved quickly by them. It is used organization-wide. The bulk of our jobs are done on the phone so having a reliable service is important.

Pros

  • Reliable - little to no down time. And very few dropped calls.
  • Easy to Manage - the PBX is easy to set up and making changes to other features is easy.
  • Customer Support- everytime I have had an issue their customer support has always been quick to help.

Cons

  • Nothing I can think of really
Never really had trouble setting things up
Always has been very helpful
Can't really think of a scenario where it isn't useful. Maybe if a company makes few phone calls.
