Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
GoToConnect is great. We have about 30 users who take and make calls all day long. There is almost never an issue with it, and when there is it is solved quickly by them. It is used organization-wide. The bulk of our jobs are done on the phone so having a reliable service is important.
Always has been very helpful
Can't really think of a scenario where it isn't useful. Maybe if a company makes few phone calls.
