Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
GoToConnect Hosted VolP is the phone system provided by our building. We are one of many businesses in the building that uses the phone system. It is a very useful system with many options. We use the GoToConnect app on our phones to filter business calls and voicemails. We can make business call from the app on our cell phones and our business number shows up (instead of our cell phone number). It is very useful and easy to use.
- The cell phone app is extremely useful
- Easy to use and figure out
- Many options available
- It would be nice to turn off the notifications during work hours (or any specified hours) on the app without turning off the whole app.
