Overall Satisfaction with Jive Hosted VoIP

We use GoToConnect for our corporate office phones, as well as teleconference line, call forwarding to those outside of our office, directories, etc.

I love their support team! Everytime I have called in they have been more than helpful
It's great if you need options for your customers to call in and direct them to the appropriate department.

It's a bit overwhelming when you first start using it, but once you get the hang of it it's great!
