Overall Satisfaction with Jive Hosted VoIP
It is used by all of our employees. We are now in the 21st century when it comes to telephones, it is web-based so I can, for example, check office voicemail from the comfort of my cellphone.
- Excellent customer service.
- Great auto answering options that save money.
- Great web interface to manage our GoToConnect system.
- They can always lower prices further.
- Great return on investment. The initial cost was subsidized by GoToConnect by giving us free equipment and two months for free.
