Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect (formerly Jive) to connect our inbound calls from Salesloft and other customers we are calling. I have the GoTo Connect mobile app on my phone and will connect with customers who are calling me back from previous calls I've made to them. The whole sales department is using it. It allows your work number to be attached to your cell phone.

  • Call quality is poor.
  • Caller ID is lacking.
  • Returned calls resulting in demos.
  • Voicemails from prospects with correct contact info.
I have not used other products similar to GoTo Connect (formerly Jive).
GoTo Connect (formerly Jive) is well suited if you want to receive calls from prospects that run through a number other than your cell phone. The app provides a way always to receive calls even when away from the office. It is less appropriate for conducting long calls or ones in which you need a reliable connection.
