Use Cases and Deployment Scope

JobDiva is widely used by all the employees of our organization from executive to the Director level. It is used by the whole Organization. It is doing better now and I don't see it address any business problems at this time.

User Experience needs to be more Flexible
Creating Multiple accounts of same candidates with different email addresses would be better if it merges all accounts of one candidature using other data too.

I feel JobDiva is much better compared to other ATS I used. In terms of UI, Ease of access, Reports, candidate tracking and Application tracking, its options are really easy to understand and use anytime.
