Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We use JobDiva across the entire organization. It is used to log activity as well as to pull information from. This includes the sales and recruiting areas, and then of course visibility into activities for leadership. When used correctly, it addresses overlap by co-workers and saves research time. This prevents candidates or clients from receiving duplicate contact that could potentially make us look like we are not aware of what each other are doing. It is also a great storage bank for information that we will have to recall many times.
- I love how JobDive pulls information in from the web, this often allows the sales team to have information, like cell phone numbers that they would otherwise not be privy to.
- There is great ease in pulling up a job order and seeing exactly who has been submitted and by who - this makes it easy to then go to candidate profiles. This allows you to look at similar jobs to find candidates you could have easily missed.
- The reporting is very helpful and provides easy to read snapshots of activity that also provides links to valuable information.
