Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
Our whole organization uses JobDiva for recruiting, onboarding and selection purposes. It is quite good ATS but sometimes it does not respond well. It lacks some features like exact number of years filter, citizenship filter.
- A number of candidates are easy to find.
- The zip code search feature helps us to be accurate.
- The exclude option is a good one that has not been in any ATS til now.
- Number of years must be very exact
- Title searches must be improved
- Citizenship options must be added like USC,GC,GC EAD, H1B and so on
- Positive Impact- A greater number of candidates can be accessed in less time
- Positive Impact - Wide area of searches
- Negative Impact- None
I haven't used any other ATS than JobDiva, since it is the best.
