Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva helps with the entire hiring process, right from finding suitable candidates to helping with application tracking, communication, etc. All senior managers, leadership across verticals and the HR teams use JobDiva for these purposes. It surely helps save a lot of bandwidth on HR side and gives a lot of control in the hands of various stakeholders with respect to hiring decisions and fast tracking the hiring process.

JobDiva is definitely a better candidate filtering and ATS tool, for instance it has resume parsing etc. features that Paychex Flex and TurboHire do not have. It also has a better mobile UI/interface as compared to the other tools. However, some other features such as payroll processing and management, etc. are better with Paychex Flex.
Overall, this is definitely a strong ATS and hiring automation tool, that comes with a very good support and training team. The only thing is that training/support is not 24x7 on most occasions which could be a very good value add for end users. Rest it has a better support than most SaaS companies out there.

It is very well suited for small to medium organizations, where it can helps save costs instead of hiring a few HR personnel to manage the hiring. It helps with the end to end hiring process from posting, filtering candidates, application tracking, automation workflow, communication flow, etc. It might be less appropriate for extremely large organizations as the cost might shoot up substantially and the speed of the tool also takes a slight hit when heavy processes are run on it.
