Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
Jobvite is being used as our primary ATS system across the Sage Intacct organization. It is the primary system for our recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers. Employees have access to Jobvite to apply internally or refer. We use it to track candidates, schedule [interviews], receive evaluations, create campaigns using Jobvite engage, communication, etc.

[In my case,] I was told there was attrition on the support team a few months back. [In my experience,] I had tickets that [I felt] were not being solved and were getting passed from one person to another. In some cases, I had urgent cases, but, [in my experience,] it would still take a few days to get to an answer or I would end up figuring it out [for] myself. It has definitely gotten better, but, [in my opinion,] I wish there was a quicker way to get certain cases resolved.
