Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
We used Join.me as a method of support for clients and personnel when primary methods don't work. We also used to use this for meetings when screen sharing was needed.
- Easy to connect.
- Screen sharing.
- The quality of the connection is lacking.
- It has been positive in that it has given us a way to continue support if initial methods fail.
- It was great for meetings.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Slack
Join.me stacks up against these other two reasonably well. The support is about the same in comparison to other products. It does feel fairly lightweight compared to others, being the bare bones of what you need to hold meetings with screen sharing. It does those jobs very well.
