Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Our firm utilizes Jotform for job application submission forms. Prior to Jotform, we used Wufoo forms, which, in my opinion, is hands-down much worse than Jotform in terms of functionality, visual appearance, ease of use, capability, and value. I have not regretted a single day since making the switchover to Jotform. It has not only made my life a lot easier, but also made our candidates' experience far better.

Jotform is light years ahead of these other vendors. I continue to use the other three for various activities and would much prefer to port everything over to Jotform if it weren't for the fact that others in the organization prefer to continue using the others due to their inability to learn new tools.

Jotform is a great tool that offers a wide range of functions and is extremely easy to learn to use. I would give it a full 10, but there are certain functions I wish it had, and the building of the question logic can be improved.
I accidentally upgraded my subscription level once, and customer service was extremely quick to respond and they reverted my subscription back and submitted a refund request for me within two business days.
Jotform is an excellent tool for many scenarios. For our firm specifically, it has been extremely useful for submitting candidate applications. As a form builder, Jotform's functionality and options are very robust and the best among all other platforms I have worked with in the past, including Survey Monkey, Wufoo Forms, and Google Forms. The only scenario where I think Jotform would be less suitable is for administering an online test. However, I have never looked into this, so it may very well be that Jotform is, in fact, excellent for carrying this out.

However, if we ever have any changes in our pricing, we'll let you know. Also, just so you are aware, our yearly plans are discounted by 20% already (less 2 months) so I would recommend upgrading yearly over a monthly plan.
