Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon

I use Kameleeon to develop and execute strategies to improve user conversion rates, enhance user experiences, and drive revenue growth. I use both, the Web Experiment feature and the Feature Flag feature.

Pros

  • The graphic editor is really easy to use, even if you have no previous experience.
  • The results dashboard is really easy to interpretate.
  • Building tests is a step by step process that you can follow up easily.

Cons

  • Even though the graphic editor is easy to use, there is room for improvement.
  • It has helped our organization validate business decisions with data.
  • It has helped us improve different areas of our business in a very short time, with the capacity to run several tests at the same time without issues.
First of all, the Kameleeon support team response time is one or the quickest in the business, which helps you when you have any doubts about using the software.

The software is straightforward to use, even if you have no experience building Tests before.
Kameleoon is easier to use, the interface is really user-friendly and there is a lot of support material available, in case you need it.

It is perfect for running quick tests on e-commerce pages, you can build tests fast, launch them, and get results in a matter of weeks.

I find it less appropriate when you need a more complex experiment requiring a developer team.
