Overall Satisfaction with Kaseya Virtual System Administrator (VSA)

We have utilized many platforms over the years and none have quite been as solid as Kaseya. Not to say there are not issues, but among the competition, we have found repeatedly that Kaseya takes a competitive edge. For example, it integrates with a large library of vendors, the support is decent (which for this market, is a win) and the product overvalue is fantastic.
  • Endpoint management.
  • Vendor integration.
  • Remote desktop.
  • Support times.
  • UI is a bit dated feeling.
  • Patch management can get a bit strange to manage.
  • Great profit margins were seen year-over-year.
Price over features beats out all others, every time.
Support, though it can take multiple days at a time, has usually been pretty good.

Do you think Kaseya VSA delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Kaseya VSA's feature set?

Yes

Did Kaseya VSA live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Kaseya VSA go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Kaseya VSA again?

Yes

I would say that for the SMB market, without a highly complex RMM need, Kaseya fits in perfectly. Managing multiple customers is easy, but growing too large may become cumbersome and more difficult to manage,
