Overall Satisfaction with Kintone
I use Kintone to manage my business (business process automation, and process development for digital systems). I also use Kintone as a primary tool when developing digital systems for other organizations.
- Automate Business Processes
- Allows for clean process development to reduce overhead
- Allows for 100% visibility into data for detailed analytics
- The availability for reporting is phenomenal but the native tools aren't quite as sophisticated as they could be yet - but hopefully soon!
- The mobile app is clean and basic but could use some more sophistication.
- There is a need to be able to cross query between apps - this one area that it lacks.
- Excellent Cost ROI - best I've seen so far
- In most cases I'm able to help reduce a client's overhead by at least 50%
- Communication around data points is far easier and more effective.
- Scalability is an area where Kintone shines
A lot of the tools in this area are very well built and great to use. Realistically - Kintone is not the "prettiest" but it is one of the most clean and straightforward tools to use. You also get the benefit of a straightforward operational cost. Full use of the system - and you only pay for users. which means a quicker return on investment as you put more processes into Kintone.
