Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo to send out emails to our leads and customers. It is being used primarily by the marketing department. It made marketing easy by being able to send emails to segments that matter. We also use it to nurture our customers with webinars and ebooks. It makes it easy for multiple teams
- Does a great job with out of the box segments
- Very easy to use email drag n drop builder
- Makes it easy for other departments to use
- I wish it allowed for more custom html
- The suppression lists can be confusing at first
- Great for increasing sales
- Great for being able to easily send out emails
- Allowed us to easily target segments
Klaviyo is by far the easiest to use with the default segment already to go ao. Marketo and Pardot take a lot to set up and are much more confusing. However, Marketo and Pardot are much more powerful and have better integration with Salesforce. For a small business, I highly recommend Klaviyo and for bigger business's I recommend Market.
