Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
Klaviyo has a great interface and is very user-friendly. It was very simple to set up and integrate with Magento. I love the customer profile feature and the ease of organizing and filtering through our campaigns. List management and segmentation are also very intuitive. I've used a handful of other ESPs in my career, and Klaviyo would still be my #1 choice.

We could easily understand what type of vehicle the customer has based on the customer's click path. From there, we were able to send them personalized campaigns and segment them appropriately.
