Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it for the entire firm's security awareness training. It helps address security concerns clients have when they do security assessments of us and also just our overall security posture.
- Easy to sync our users with their platform to on-board people very easily.
- Very easy to enroll people in additional training if they fail a phishing test.
- Lots of options to select from for training and phishing tests.
- Nice security tip emails you can send out every week or month to your people to keep them on their toes.
- I really don't see areas right now where they need to improve.
- People have been more aware of phishing emails since we started with KnowBe4.
- Management has bought into the program.
- Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (formerly Wombat Security)
Wombat is a nice security awareness platform, but their pricing and offerings cannot compare to KnowBe4. KnowBe4 has a lot more to offer for a lower cost.

They keep the content fresh, so things aren't stale for our users when we use the platform.
We sync our users with our internal Active Directory via group memberships. Going the group route helps organize who you want to target for your training and phishing exercises.
We are basically just looking for how users perform on our phishing tests compared to our industry.
