Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are currently using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training across our entire organization. This product solves the issue of how do we prevent the most common form of compromises, those that come from email messages. By using KnowBe4, we are able to train our end-users on how to spot suspicious, malicious, and phishing emails, as well as to report those emails to IT Security so we can begin the process of triaging and blocking these messages from doing any damage within our environment.

- Enables you to customize a training program that fits your organization and users to train your users to become better at spotting these suspicious emails
- Allows our team to have a central learning repository for security-related training
- Allows our team to have a central repository for security policies that need to be read and acknowledged
- I would like to be able to update all parts of an in-progress training campaign.
- FAQ for common end-user issues so my end-users do not have to open support cases for common issues
- Support for end-users that is in an obvious place for the users to see
- Our users have improved from a 14% Phish-prone to around 5% in just a year of using the product.

- Besides end-user issues, once you have done the configuration, the product can practically run itself.

The content is updated at least annually for training, and the simulated phishing exercises are updated weekly. Since security is a space that changes so quickly, it is nice to know that KnowBe4 does not rest on their laurels, but instead always improves itself and its content.
We use the AD sync tool to import users and groups, which works fantastically.
We most heavily use the phish prone percentages for both users, groups of users, and our organization. We feel this report gives the best snapshot of how our training program is progressing.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
We use the AD integration for KnowBe4. This makes keeping our user list in KB4 up-to-date a super simple and painless process. As soon as users are added or deleted from our source of truth, the KB4 tool updates on the next sync. I would not consider using a training tool that did not have these features, as this takes a management task that would take hours per week down to no time at all.
We use the PhishER platform, which is an add-on to the base KB4 platform, to analyze phishing reports. This has taken a task that took around 20 hours per week of manual review down to a 30min per week or less task. I am extremely happy with the machine learning that the system has done, as well as the features that allow us to review the emails that are not able to be automatically categorized. The lookups and IOCs are grouped into nice logical sections, and allows us to review everything we would have done manually in one place, and have it already done for us before we need to review. I would never consider going back to the old way of doing things now that I have used this product.
