Across the organization for mandatory annual awareness training and monthly training vignettes. Also use the phishing reporting, phishing test campaigns and PhishER.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sets up phishing and training campaigns easily to be initiated regularly. Lower effort.
Manages users easily.
Training is engaging and entertaining.
Phishing is relatable, pertinent and can be as tricky as you want. Even able to randomize to all users.

Cons

Syncing better with on-premise email servers in order to track the actual risk of a user.

Return on Investment

More employee engagement in reporting and recognizing phishing.

Alternatives Considered

Mimecast Awareness Training and Barracuda Essentials

Only upside was the training videos were very well received. Other than that, phishing training, phishing reporting, user management, user risk measurements/profiling and tie-ins to email's being reported (e.g. PhishER) were greatly lacking.

Would like to juxtapose the real risk to the user, analyzed via email analytics, and their "tested and educational" risk level.

Phishing and awareness training for large groups of employees. Can be split into various groups, and smart groups, for additional or varied attention and campaigns. Providing better feedback to those who report spam and phishing via automated means is getting better, but has room to improve. Easy way to have training campaigns follow a series of videos versus assigning each individually would be good.

Usability

Has some work to do on making it easy to assign groups of training versus doing it individually; by topic or series, for example.
