Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are leveraging KnowBe4's training for general security awareness and specifically anti-phishing training. Their security awareness training goes far beyond what was necessary for our SOC2 compliance requirements.
  • Anti-phishing training.
  • Security awareness training.
  • Gamifying training rather than video fatigue.
  • I would like to see more developer training.
  • DevOps/DevSecOps training for cloud/container environments.
  • Very high value for the cost.
  • More than fulfilled our compliance objectives.
KnowBe4's catalog of training content is much deeper than the other solutions we looked at. At the same time the cost is significantly lower.
It has jump started our program. We were able to put together our entire year's program in less than an hour.
We are integrating it into our SSO solution.
User response data trending downwards.
The training has significant breadth of topics as well as detail in crucial areas like phishing. I like the way additional training can automatically be added based on user's responses.
