Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
The security awareness training is used by the entire agency. It not only helps to educate our users but also helps the agency in meeting various (Federal and State) security awareness training requirements. Their approach to training is interesting, entertaining and up to date. We have merged their phishing training with actual phishing exercises and have seen the number of phishing responders drop. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our staff regarding the training.
- Real life examples that staff can connect with. They present real life employees like the know it all employee that doesn't pay attention when they should.
- The way they present the information is entertaining and staff are paying attention.
- The roles they present are real life examples that staff can relate to. Conference room meetings, one on one meeting with managers, etc. Thinking out loud, all these things our employees can relate to.
- More role specific training such as DBA training and more detailed executive management training.
- Reduction in the number of staff who respond to phishing emails.
- Allows for compliance with federal and state security awareness training requirements.
KnowBe4 training does a better job of keeping staff engaged. Their content and presentation method is both informative and entertaining. They present current real life examples in a meaningful way.
It forces our agency to look deeper into the actual content these vendors provide. The ROI on KnowBe4 is hard to beat!
It is role based and maintained by our training and privacy office.
Our primary focus this past 6 months has been on reducing the number of staff that respond to phishing emails. Coordinating the delivery of training with actual phishing exercises has shown a reduction in the number of staff responding to phishing emails.
