Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 to phish test our entire org. and train people when needed. We also offer non-mandatory training for employees that would like to learn more. We have been able to use real world scenarios that are great to prepare our employees for the possible phishing attacks that make it through our defenses.

KnowBe4 has better training and the ability to give immediate training when a user fails a phish training campaign.
Helps keep the training on the threat landscape fresh and allows all of our employees to be more aware. Phishing attacks change with the season and take advantage of everything from natural disasters to a global pandemic, fresh content is needed to keep up with the bad actors.
There is a config file that you can customize to your organizations needs and sync with your Active Directory to pull users in to the KnowBe4 console. To ensure that new employee on boarding catches everyone, we created a security group in Active Directory that KnowBe4 looks at for new users.
The Quad-P metric or Personal Phish Prone Percentage score helps to identify employees that need a little one on one attention or additional training. This Metric is also useful for your admins, database admins, executives, payroll and service desk employees that will see the most phishing attacks.
Phishing emails is a threat that every company is going to face, there is NO technology out there that will block 100% of phishing emails. Training your employees is the only way to cover that gap. I've had many employees tell me that the training that KnowBe4 offers helps them identify and report actual phishing emails that are a threat to our company.
