Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We would resell it as a managed service for clients seeking security awareness and phishing training. It was scalable to all clients, and [simple] to manage and set up. It removed the necessity for clients to set up and maintain security awareness campaigns and training. It would be scoped to every user of an organization. Occasionally a client would want to break up departments for different training, but most often the scope was just one giant pool of users.
- Simplified and intuitive campaign setup

- Availability of short and simple trainings that can be used monthly as just refreshers
- More focus on gamification, other platforms provide more awards and give people a reason to look at their stats
- Setting up the agent to bypass exchange rules is a little tedious
- Increased level of skepticism from the end users
- More discussion about cybersecurity in the workplace
- Identify at risk personnel who need additional training immediately
- Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (formerly Wombat Security)
KnowBe4 was slightly more user-friendly out of the box. Both products do a lot of similar things, but KnowBe4 was doing it all when Proofpoint was still Wombat.

When I managed the security awareness program, it was helpful to know that each year the annual training requirements would already be developed for me and there would be dozens of smaller trainings that could go out throughout the year. Being able to go into the library and sort through the new content and preview it made choosing training really simple.
For most deployments, we set up active directory synchronization, this way users are managed in a single place. Occasionally, clients were unable to do this and built out everything with CSV documents and simply imported them to get it all started.
Executives really like the phish-prone percentage, as well as the report for recurring offenders.
