Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for all of our employees organization-wide. We are using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for Security Awareness training and for phishing campaigns. We have mandatory security onboarding that is required for all new employees. We also do monthly phishing campaigns to all employees to track our click rate, etc. We require users that fail the phishing campaigns to do follow-up Security Awareness training.

- Monthly reporting on Dark Web results is extremely valuable information.

We do monthly campaigns for our users and the content available makes it very easy to always send out different campaigns. It's keeps our users educated and constantly thinking about security. We are able to educate our users to all the different types of anti-phishing attacks that they might receive from an attacker.
We use the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training web portal that sync's with our Microsoft Active Directory. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. The integration with Microsoft Active Directory makes user management seamless. We get reports of users that have not done their mandatory Security onboard training. As well we get reports of users that have failed a phishing campaign. We are easily able to follow up with these users on their follow-up training requirements.
Click phishing click rate percentage is very useful. This helps us gauge overall as an organization what our risk is. Also having reports on what users have not completed their Security Awareness training is very useful. We are able to follow up and require that these users complete their training on time. Also, the monthly email exposure check report is extremely useful. It gives us the emails found, identities found, and unique breaches that are found on the Dark Web.
