Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to keep our employees sharp. They've been trained on what to look for in phishing emails. Sending out emails weekly as tests. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training continues to grow and learn the individual habits of each employee, allowing the "phishing attempts" to be better targeted. Security awareness this past year was directed to be 100% across the county. We've seen a huge increase in awareness among our employees.
Pros
- Yearly training
- Simulated phishing email setup
- Ease of use with report running
- Fantastic customer support
Cons
- KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training's ease of use does everything we need/want it to. We have no complaints.
- KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has raised awareness to our employees that have caught true phishing attempts. There is no way to calculate how much money we have saved, but it's easy to assume millions have been saved due to the knowledge that employees gain from security awareness training.

It's had a huge impact. Not having the same boring content year after year keeps it fresh. Employees are a lot less likely to zone out with new/relevant training. Having worked for another company for 15 years, we had the same SA training year after year. It got to the point where we didn't have to watch the videos. We skipped it all and went straight to the questions. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training keeps it fresh and engaging. The county employees and I appreciate that.
We have multiple groups created within KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. Groups with county department. So individual users and placed within the group that aligns with their job within the county. We also manage all users with Active Directory Sync. User management is super user-friendly and usually self-sufficient once it's set up.
We monitor weekly who clicked on a simulated phishing email. We keep a weekly average to see how we are doing as a county. We also monitor the completion of SA training throughout the year to ensure we stay at 100% completion.
