Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Utegration and other companies continue to educate and reinforce my and our employees' awareness of common attacks and security incidents. We use phishing simulations to teach our employees to detect and report on phishing attacks. Not only does Utegration use these training tools, but also several of my Utility clients.

It is a great tool to help us avoid, and report on cyber attacks and security incidents.

Organizations like Utilities (electric, gas, and water) where there are specific security compliance requirements.

I think in today's world, I don't believe there is a scenario where it is less appropriate. Especially, with the content being tailored to the specific industry vertical. Everyone needs to know how to recognize and mitigate today's cyber threats.
I only have experience through my corporations/clients. Would be good to have a "family" training offering (which you might) to help families recognize and mitigate cyber threats. So many social media outlets are heaven for threats/scams.
