Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KB4 (as we know it) has become our de-facto training program, helping us to meet our Federal Contract requirements as well offering training to our employees that we don't have the personnel or expertise to address otherwise.

- Gamification didn't meet expectations of Cyber Managment team.
- GDPR training was reviewed as too complex for average users
- Training focuses on the phish aspect of the topic, but doesn't offer much in terms of why.
- Seen by man as too technical, while at the same time technical teams view this as too pedantic, so have n;t been able to strike a balance
- Met training requirements
- Reduced training cost by having selective topics.
- Training seems in pace with the world (as opposed to many who miss the mark)
- Have been able to tailor training
