Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use it for training on various topics including HR, Security, Privacy, IT, and Compliance (add-on). There is a mix of training (interactive, series, one-pagers, etc.) and the training is in short segments so people can fit in the training throughout the day. Plus, it has a mobile app so you can take training on the go.

Pros

  • Short Segments that deliver the message
  • Can be tailored to the company including branding
  • Can add in your own custom content to supplement the material

Cons

  • More content on privacy
  • Easier to search the training database
  • Easier to load all the training in the database instead of selecting it first then adding to library
  • Not having to hiring trainers to conduct training
  • Not having to implement a separate Learning Management System (LMS)
Keeps everyone up to date on the ever evolving landscape of technology security.
We use the dashboard and active reports (reports emailed when a user is past due for training, for example).
Completion of training, Successful phishing attempts (so we know which employees need additional training), passing Knowledge quizzes.
It is very easy to use and intuitive. I don't have to go to the manual to figure out how to do things.
We have only used KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training (prior we conducted our own in-house training)
