Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Central
All staff and faculty use Kronos Workforce Central across the University. We use it to log vacation leave, sick leave, any FMLA leave, or comp time. It's also used to check balances for yourself or any reporting employees.
- One source for all leave/time card needs
- Everyone needs to use it so there are trainings periodically
- Severely outdated UI (at least the version our org is using)
- Core features are unnecessarily buried
- Positive - One-stop-shop for all timekeeping needs.
- Negative - Everyone loathes using it. Everyone.
I'm just a user - not involved in the selection process.
