Overall Satisfaction with LastPass
We use LastPass across the organization to manage passwords and keep track of the many sites we log into on a regular basis. LastPass enables us to quickly generate randomized passwords and store them in the cloud vault for safe keeping - this is especially useful when needing to be logged into numerous websites simultaneously.

- Enables users to use different passwords for each and every online login source (with peace of mind)
- On mobile Android, getting LastPass to work when you get to a site can be hit or miss. The two-step authentication sometimes decides to not accept Google authorized codes - which means you then can't use the mobile solution at all.
- On some sites, the autofill feature fails to work properly.
- The product provides peace of mind from a security standpoint.
- The tool saves time and streamlines the login process for the various websites we use.
- The mobile app can still use refinement, there are too to many issues that arise when just logging into the app itself.
We considered many alternatives before selecting LastPass as our password management solution. We chose LastPass for its intuitive interface, ease of use, and the ability to use two way authentication.
