Overall Satisfaction with LeadFuze

It helps [to] and gets a better quality of leads prospects and it has [been] a huge time saver for my team. It solves the issue of spending time finding someone's info manually. Besides that, it's super simple and easy to use. And mostly they have amazing customer support. I never saw anything like that anywhere else. They help with any issue we have.

  • When someone is leaving the job it get mistakes.
  • If someone changes positions it's not always finding the email.
  • I will want to get notification when they finding something that won't be able to find before.
  • Good ROI in terms of finding good leads.
  • It helped us close bigger deals by knowing more about the leads.
  • It helps us send better emails to relevant leads.

Hunter is really friendly, but it lacks data in some cases, and [doesn't find] the right positions for each email which is a shame. This is where LeadFuze does a much better job. At the end of the day, I am counting more on LeadFuze than Hunter in terms of accuracy.

Because it's a software that I think can really improve your team and your company and it's an essential tool for each company that [is] doing sales and marketing.
Best customer support. I never saw anything like that. They respond really fast, they are proposals, and care about their product and their customers. I will say this [is] why I really love them and will use it again in my next company for sure and will recommend it to others.
It's well suited for the sales and marketing team. It helps to score leads we are getting and bring more relevant info to the sales persons.
It is less good for really small companies and small teams. If you are planning to use it for a huge organization so you might have some trouble.
