Overall Satisfaction with LeadIQ
Was being used would be the more accurate statement. We only used LeadIQ for a short amount of time, but while we were, the ADR function (sales) was the primary user group. It solved the problem of transferring contacts from Sales Navigator into Salesforce, without creating duplicates. On top of not creating duplicates within Salesforce, it also provided accurate contact information for those being imported into the system.
Pros
- Accurate contact information
- Speed to import within SFDC is fast
- No duplicates created in SFDC
Cons
- I-Frame plug-in minimizes full-window view when using Sales Navigator
- Sometimes contacts are unrecognizable
- Quicker workflow between Sales Navigator and Salesforce
- Less time uploading prospects contact information
SellHack and LeadIQ are very similar products, with some subtle differences. As mentioned, our team no longer uses LeadIQ, but rather a combination of SellHack and ZoomInfo. I will say that LeadIQ is a "hybrid" of these two tools, but I would still take ZoomInfo over LeadIQ for reliability and ease-of-use purposes.
