It's being used by the sales development team in order to find contact information of potential prospects who they then reach out to.
- They have a very easy-to-use interface
- It's good at what it does--finding contact information
- It's easy to give feedback when the data is right or wrong
- They were easy to purchase

- They can always improve the amount of data they have
- They can add features that give people more insight into prospects and accounts like news
- They can have more personal outreach to our team to show it's not just a software we use but a company we work with

LeadIQ is great because it's a really lightweight and easy-to-use solution. It's fast and has a good amount of contact information.
ZoomInfo is more robust, which means it has more information--both contact info and other relevant info like news, revenue info, etc. Having said that, it's a heavy solution, so it's slow and a little clunky.
It's like driving a truck vs a Honda Civic. Both drive, both are good, but they have different values.
