Lever is being used by our HR and Recruiting specialists to get the entire organization involved in the recruiting and hiring process at Lucidchart. It increases the amount of qualified employees applying to positions and therefore increasing overall company growth in a healthy and exciting way. The tool is being used by almost everyone at our company.

I think that lever is much more secure and manageable than similar tools, especially when dealing with warm referrals. Lever may not have the outbound/social aspect that other cold-recruitment tools may have, but as I said before I think the quality of hires has increased greatly through an increased focus on warm referrals from existing champions here at our company.
