Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is used both by sales and marketing team to identify accounts and prospects that fit our ICP, identify firmographics and persona-related information, understand about our target company's job openings/other intel and also used to send out targeted messaging to select personas. We leverage the AccountIQ and other AI features in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for better market and user research.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is easy to implement, easy to use and easy to train any one new onto the platform. The overall usability is quite positive across experience levels in our company and it takes less than one day to onboard someone new. The CRM integration is quite easy to set up and view also.
We preferred LinkedIn Sales Navigator because of its brand recognition, brand value and preference among our sales and marketing leadership to use the product. The price was a bit on the higher side but we still chose it over competitors because we were getting lot more value added features which constantly helped sales and marketing team to deliver results.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is well suited for those organizations where they have a good marketing budget and decent sized sales and marketing team (Along with Inside sales team) so that they can leverage the value of Sales navigator to its fullest. It is less appropriate for startups which do not rely more on outbound but more on referral and network marketing to build their business initially.
