Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to build and test all of our emails that are being sent out via Marketo. Marketo wasn't user-friendly and made building emails a chore if you wanted to customize anything related to the CSS and HTML. Litmus makes building emails very easy, and they have the best method to test how the emails will look across multiple email clients. This is vital in email marketing, as every ESPS treats email a little differently.
- Litmus has a very intuitive interface for building and saving email templates.
- Litmus does an excellent job of displaying what your emails will look like across email platforms.
- I wish they had a drag and drop builder.
- Sometimes the code can be a little buggy.
- Litmus has helped us build emails for a low monthly fee.
- Litmus has allowed us to see how all of our emails look across ESPS. This has saved us tons of time.
Litmus does a great job allowing you to see how your emails look across ESPS. No other company does this as reliably as Litmus. My only gripe with Litmus is that they do not have an option to use a drag n drop builder. This means I now have to use another program to build emails.
