Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
1 department is using it, my own — we use it for rendering testing.
- Offer tools for testing - all the ESPs are represented
- Offer the Builder - great tool to view emails in "grid mode"
- Offer eduction online - excellent blog with resources
- Tooltips in the environment - sometimes it feels overwhelming and I'm not sure how to navigate
- Offer Analytics/tracking with the plan I'm on, which is entry level
- Prevented disasters from happening, namely rendering issues that we didn't know about.
- Allows a smaller team to get more done using the Litmus tools, since they are all centrally located in one platform.
We still need to try analytics again. It has been a few years since we tested out the pixel, but I remember it was really insightful. We would like another demo to try it again.
Haven't used this yet — due to our super small team, we just don't have enough people to be involved in the process. But we see this as an option.
Email on Acid gave us a free trial, and we liked it, but not as much as the Litmus environment.
