Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus is a great way for us to test how our emails work across different email providers. We pull in a lot of dynamic and personalized content that isn't always guaranteed to work. We're able to determine which users will be able to interact with our sends and which won't. If it's more on the unable to side, we're able to then make adjustments.

- Previews.
- Spam testing.
- Takes time to load the different provider previews.
- Dashboard can be confusing.
- Saves time reviewing code and links.
Through testing and list analysis, we've learned most of our customers use Outlook as their provider. And a lot of the more sophisticated emails we want to develop are not compatible. From there, we're able to adjust and have multiple iterations per list pulls.
