Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We create emails in Salesforce and use Litmus to view them in a variety of desktop, mobile, and tablet clients.
- Quickly renders your email in a variety of clients.
- Allows you to add tracking pixels.
- Provides insight into deliverability, broken links, accessibility, loading speeds, and other helpful areas.
- Sometimes screens will appear entirely blue for a particular client.
- On occasion, it will show nothing but a header and footer over and over again in a specific client yet it is not what is rendering in the actual client.
- Occasionally, it will not render an image in a client, though it shows up in all the other clients.
- It helps more emails land in our customer inbox, but I have no insight into before and after numbers. My company has been using Litmus since I came on board.
I tend to still switch out to Litmus as it is easier to see 4-5 clients at a time. It is also easier to move through various clients.
We haven't fully utilized the performance metrics provided by Litmus.
This is not a feature we actively use within Litmus. We provide the Litmus Link for review but feedback is generally provided in a Slack channel, not in Litmus.
So far Litmus is a tool I would recommend, and we are not even utilizing its full functionality.
