Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to QA our emails. It gives us a place where we can collaborate with stakeholders to review the email easily. We also use it for tracking purposes.
Pros
- Email previews
- Analytics. I personally like the Engagement function.
- It gives our reviewers an easy way to review the email, and leave comments.
Cons
- The previews could be more accurate in some email clients and devices.
- Give us more Analytics data. For instance, a click map.
- We save time during the QA process.
- It helps us understand the engagement of our users.
It helps us understand what type of content works with our readers.
We use it for all emails. It speeds up the review process and makes it seamless.
